I am assuming that you purchased your subscription from Webroot online?  If so then how long ago? And if you are awaiting an email from Webroot please check your spam folder just incase the email has arrived and been 'detoured'...that has been known to happen.

Yes, sorry.  I downloded the software on line a couple of days ago.  No confirmation email and no key code.  I requested a couple of times to send email with key code but no response.  I checked spam and filters, no emails...

I looked up your email address in our systems and found your order. I'll email you the keycode - sorry that the original order never got to you.
 
Edit: I misread the date in the system - it looks like the last order that completed was from 2014.
 
Did you get an invoice or order number when you ordered?  Could you have ordered under a different email address?

Sorry to say, no email came.  I waited on the phone and got through to support,  they said there were muliple calls about emails not being recieved, they read the code off to me on the phone. 

the email for my account is [email removed], I did have webroot in 2014, went with a different supplier in 2015 now I am back.  I looked at my credit card and I was charged for the software.....
