I purchased webroot back in December at Best Buy and I'm just now getting around to install it but I keep getting an error.

Hello and Welcome to the Webroot Community!

Well since it's a Best Buy it's best to take it back to the store as they are supposed to Activate the Box versions at the time of Purchase or if it's a Subscription via Best Buy Geek Squad you can call them 24/7 please see here and the number is at the bottom: http://www.webroot.com/us/en/home/products/geeksquad-dl

Please let us know how it it goes!

Thanks,

Daniel 😉

Good evening Jgreen! Welcome.  Can you provide a little bit more info as to what the error is?  You can also contact Customer Service by following this link: https://www.webrootanywhere.com/servicewelcome.asp

Let us know how it works out!

Good point Daniel.  I should have known that considering I have the Best Buy version as well 😳 Time for more caffeine!  Where's @  ?!? She usually gets the coffee 😉

The error is "enter a valid keycode. If you continue to receive this message, contact SecureAnywhere Support"

Please take it back to the Best Buy store and hopefully you still have the receipt and Best Buy should of explained it better when you purchased it you will be lucky if they didn't Activate it and they have to still but if you continue to have issues after dealing with Best Buy then post back here! @ @ @ can help you on Monday!

Thanks,

Daniel 😉
