laptop error messages/viruses

I reset my computer back to host settings due to my iphone not updating with itunes. I looked up solutions and one of the main things was to do this reset. now all these pop ups keep appearing even with webroot active.my iphone still will not read with itunes and I keep getting windows update messages and it will not let me update my computer or stop the apple mobile device service. HELP!
