How come i get a lock symbal on the green W

The lock symbol shows up when WSA is protecting the active window's contents from being stolen. Think key loggers, being able to copy into the clipboard and that sort of thing here. Programs that may have personal data trigger this protection.
You wont see it all the time. When the active window is something that can have data stolen you will see it, but many programs dont contain personal information.
