lost webroot keycode and disk how do I get it back

I had to do a reset on my computer, how do I get Webroot back on? I do not have my keycode or the disk. I get billed annually.

    It was Best Buy but it was a few years ago.

Any other info would be helpful like if it was a boxed version do you still have the box? Did you set up your online account? Webroot SecureAnywhere My Online Account
