MAC virus infection

HELP! INFECTED PC!
MacBook Air running Yosemite 10.10.5.
Installed: WEBROOT SecureAnywhere (BestBuy) - current subscription
 
Information from WEBROOT PC Security Website:
Infected file name: Flashplayer-2.  Flashplayer-3.  Flashplayer
Duration: varies from 8 hrs to 10 sec (don't know what this means!)
Malware Group: Uncatagorized file
 
Symptoms:  
Unable to launch WEBROOT.  
Unable to connect to Internet.  
Installed "Malware Bytes" with flash drive. Installed successfully but unable to launch the app.  
Unable to launch any apps.
Desperately need help ASAP!

    Your best bet in the circumstances you describe would be to Open a Support Ticket to get the Support Team on the case. The service is free to all WSA users with an active subscription.
