I take it that you are referring to the Windows Security Notifications that keep popping up? If so then please take a look at this thread for more information on the subject. 
 
All I can say at present is that Webroot are working on a fix and the Beta Testing group have been evaluating fixes but unfortunately whilst the seem to work for some they do not for all...but hopefully there will be a permanent fix soon.
 
Please do not worry as despite what the warnings say WSA is on and protecting you.
