In my facebook tab in chrome, it is automatically going to a www.webpromotionsusa.com, over and over and over again. How do I stop this from happening? Shouldn't this be caught and fixed by webroot?

The best way to handle this is to contact Support by submitting a Trouble Ticket. Webroot Support is free to all licensed WSA users and Support will help you resolve the issues you are having.
