NO, no need for anything else...you are good to go as WSA protects you from malware which, by the way, and to quote the Wiki is "...an umbrella term used to refer to a variety of forms of hostile or intrusive software, including computer viruses, worms, trojan horses, ransomware, spyware, adware, scareware, and other malicious programs. It can take the form of executable code, scripts, active content, and other software."
There is of course nothing to stop you from running WSA as part of a lyered defense and so installing additional security apps but as a base WSA should give yo all the protection that you need.
