malware/spyware problem
+1My screen showed a message claiming I had a malware/spyware problem. A voice told me to call an877# that was on the screen to correct it Webroot showed it had just scanned and there was no threat Has anyone else received this

Welcome to the Community Forums.
Please do not respond to that message...whilst I am not certain, it sounds like a scam to me...particularly the part about a voice telling you to call a specific no. because you have been malware, etc...WSA certainly does not have that feature so either it is your ISP communicating with you (I doubt that but apparently there have been instances of Verizon customers being contacted in this way re. billing reminders) or a scam...but you could contact your ISP to see if this is something they do.
If WSA has come up empty on a scan then the next best thing to do is to Open a Support Ticket, reporting this to the Support Team and asking them for advice on the issue...their intervention will be free of charge as yo are a WSA user and it is covered by your subscription.
