master password
Hello everyone! I seem to have forgotten my master password. Is there any way I can start over and make a new one?

Welcome to the Community Forums.
Is this the master password to your online account (HERE) in which case there is a link you can click on (to the right of the Login button) which will take you to a screen where you can reset that password (and also the security code) if required.
Or are you referring to the password that you set up/enter via the 'Advanced Settings' and protects the settings from tampering by anyone who does not know the password?
If it is the latter one then there is a way to reset that password but I am not at liberty to divulge the information in open forum...for obvious reasons. So if you are indeed of the information please send me a private message (top right hand corner of any Community web page to the left of your username/avatar) and I can provide the information to you that way.
