Media Browesr 3 and WSA

Hi
 Ive been useing wbroot for a while know and ive started having problems with webroot and Media Browser 3.
 
As media broswer 3 is server baised im finding that with Web Shield enabled it takes ages to load its interface if at all, if i disable web shield it loads up instantly.
 
This only seems to happen when the server side of the program is updated and last for a few days, dose webroot lurn something from the program?
 
Is there a way to exclude media browser from web shield?

    Please post your question in our support system and our technicians will be able to whitelist any current conflicts and investigate if there is a more efficient way to go about handling the server updates of Media Browser in the future.
