Membership renewal
Why do I still see that my Webrrot icon on my desktop reads expired. I just renewed 15 minutes ago? What do I need toupdate the status. I also rinted my receipt as confirmation of renewal.
+56Welcome to the community. Did you purchase Webroot from Best Buy initially? It can take up to 24 hours for renewals through their system to be reflected in your software.
