min, max, close

My computer keeps bringing up the min, max, close pop up and the only thing you can do is close out the programs that I am trying to use.  I then have to restart my computer.  The Webroot Antiviruse scan says there are no viruses but it keeps making me close.  It happed twice within 5 mins.
