Hi donleba

Welcome to the Community Forums.

Have you double checked in the addons/extension manager for the browser that you are using as to whether the addon/extension is installed but not enabled?  If not then please do so.

If you have, and it is not then please try enabling it...if it is not in the addons/extension manager then the next thing that you can try is to downlaod and use the Webroot Toolbar Fix.

To do so:
1. Click on the link above and choose "Save File" and save the "toolbarfix.exe" to your Desktop.
2. Shutdown you browser(s) completely.
3. Double-click on the "toolbarfix.exe" file to run it.
4. When the process is complete, open your browser(s) again and if you get a message about a "new add-on" click Yes.

You should now see the Webroot Toolbar being "on" and working in your browser(s).

Please let us know how ths turns out for you.

Regards, Baldrick

Hi Baldrick
After updating FF 38 to FF 39 , I lost Webroot Password Manager extension.
I used Webroot Toolbar Fix and the problem was solved.
Thanks.

PS: I'm using WSAC
