Indeed, you are correct. this URL/IP checker which I used above, shows any activity associated with that link. Webroot then uses that information to tag it as either trustworthy, untrustworthy or a risk. These parameters are the same used by your antivirus and I trust this tool immensely.

And if I may just add..if this is generating popups that you do not want or are annoying you then consider installing a popup blocker.
If you can let us know what browser you are using we can provide some suggestions re. what to consider if so required.
