Hello ?, welcome to the Community!

Contrary to its name, Advanced Spyware Removal might not be spyware, it certainly is not anything you really want.  Please submit a Trouble Ticket to have Webroot Support take a look and help get it off of your system.  There is no charge for Support as long as you have a valid WSA license.

Hi jharris91

Welcome to the Community Forums.

David is quite correct in the Adavnced Spyware Remover (by IObit) is not a malware application and is in fact well regarded by some...but not by all (due to the authors of the software). If you are looking for instructions as to how to remove the application then please send me a private message (PM) and I can provide yo with some...I cannot do so in the Forum as it is contrary to Community Guidelines.

Regards, Baldrick
