Windows 7 32bit - Unable to update MVPS Hosts file using Admin privileges unless utilizing SafeMode. HitmanPro recognizes as a threat and is unable to repair the file.

But it will stop you from changing the hosts file until you uncheck that box in the above picture and after putting the MVPS Hosts go back and put a check mark to protect again!

Cheers,

Daniel 😉

Hi Lyle WSA protects the Hosts File that's why it could be Blocked. Does WSA detect as a threat?

Thanks,

Daniel ;)
