My account only shows 4 devices on PC Protect. I have 5

I subscribe to Secure Anywhere for 5 devices.  All are active and working.  However, my account page on "PC Protect" page only shows 4 devices.  I have logged out, refreshed.  No success.  Please advise.

Are you on the business version or the consumer version?

I purchased the program in december 2014.  I had added 4 devices - no problem.  I added the 5th today.  this last one does not show on page

How long ago did you add it?  It can take an hour or two to show up.
