My apple devices are corrupt the nano (7th) generation and my shuffles which both slow and disrupt

Hello everyone,
 
My apple devices the Nano (7th) generation and the shuffles are corupt wherbyu they slow, wont allow downloads from iTunes and create disruptions in the laptop.
 
Any suggestions on how to fix the corupt devices.
 
Any and all suggestions atre greatly appreciated.

    Okay what do you mean by corrupt? To tell you the truth I don't know that much about a Nano.
     
    Do you have the lastest iTunes? That might be a reason so put  the latest iTunes on your laptop from the link I provided. That's a start isn't it?
     
    Then my advice would be to troubleshoot the Nano 7th gen. by going to the Apple Support
