My BLS16 wont work with WebRoot antivirus turned on. I tried turning webroot off and the program works flawlessly. any suggestion other than getting different protection?

Welcome to the Community Forums.
I suspect that it is a case of one or more files associated withthe app needing to be whitelisted in the Webroot Cloud. If you Open a Support Ticket and let the Support Team know they can investigate and hopefully sort that out for you. When you open the ticket the Scan & Threat Logs for your system are automatically uploaded so there is nothing more to do then give them the information you have provided in this thread.
And, if I may say so, it s not 'unprofessional' but just one of those things that happens from time to time and if you think about how many apps and files are out there and changiing daily or even hourly it is pretty amazing that WSA does not throw up FPs very oftern at all.
