my browser (firefox) slowed down dramatically a few days ago.
I ran optimizer and analyzer utilities as well as a scan but it is still dramatically slower than it was a week ago. What to do?

Sorry that no one has replied until now. It could be many things and not necessarily WSA so if you turn off/disable WSA and let us know if that helps your Browser speed. IMO it has nothing to do with WSA but that's one way to find out. So Right Click on the Webroot Tray Icon down by the Clock and "Click Shut down protection" then let us know how your browsing speed is after.
