My computer is being held hostage by a ransomware virus.

My computer is infected with the Ransonware Virus. In order to get my files back I would have to pay to get a secret code that unlocks my files.  My files are encrypted with RSA-2048 and AES-128 a cipher. 
 
Has anyone had this same problem.
