My computer is not listed in protected pc's
I've run the intial scan but my mac is not listed as a protected pc.

Welcome to Community Forums.
How long ago did yo install WSA on your Mac? It can take a while for the install to be recognised, and whilst a scan often 'loosens things up' etc., it does not always work.
If it was a very recent install I would give it a few hours more and if nothing has changed then post back here and we can take another look for you.
