my console does not show the backup option. How do I utilize this feature?
I am looking for the backup and cloud features in my Internet Security Plus console and it is not there, nor does it come up when I go online.

I assuming as you have posted this question in the Internet Security Plus forum that is indeed what you purchased.
Unfortunately the back-up option is only available in the Complete version.
If you need or would like to ammend your subscription you can do so by contacting support Here.

Welcome to the Webroot Community,
Sorry to say but Backup & Sync is only available in the Webroot SecureAnywhere Complete version and not the Internet Security Plus version that you have.
