my daughter and I use the same laptop with different log ons, I renewed the webroot security and it

have had web root on computer for a year, my daughter and i use same laptop with differnt user logons, i renewd membership and yet it still comes up as expired under  her log on.

Welcome to the Webroot Community.
 
Could you try comparing the keycodes for each user?
 
Open the WSA interface (click Webroot icon near clock) for your user,  then click the gear next to My Account. Note the keycode on the left. Please check that this same keycode appears in the same place on your daughter's login. If it is different then please enter the keycode from your user into the box that appears in the My Account page on your daughter's login and click Activate.
