my internet is slow and at&T says its because webroot scanned something 3 times before it opens.
My internet is slow and at&t says it is because webroot scans everything 3 times before it opens. Can I change the setting on this?

That is really rather odd... WSA users generally do not experience any slowdown of their internet. In fact that is one reason it is so very popular with computer gamers.

How long have you had AT&T internet service?
How long have you had WSA installed?
When did this slow down on the Internet start?

That does not sound right at all. Webroot has been proven to be the fastest and lightest AV on the market.
Open a Webroot support ticket here and let the Webroot experts check your computer. It may be something pretty easy they can fix for you.
