I purchased and downloaded Webroot SecureAnywhere earlier this year for my PC and decided to use it on my laptop but while trying to register, my keycode isn't being accepted. What gives?

Hello ?,

Welcome to the Webroot Community,

Are you putting in a keycode that looks like this? A 20 Character Alphanumeric Keycode! Example: SA69-AAAA-A783-DE78-XXXX.

What error message are you getting? Does it have an error code?

Where did you purchase a download for Webroot from may I ask?

Thanks for the quick reply! I believe that my laptop was peeking over my shoulder. I tried to re-register in order to give you the error code I was getting and it accepted my keycode. I'm guessing that the keycode is case sensitive and I wasn't using upper case 😕...I believe that I purchased from the Webroot site but opted for no CD to be sent to me. This is my second go around with Webroot.

Regards,

Ed
