My laptop is reporting a trojan virus - Error code S1457 Koobfaceerror.info Ox8007042c;- Has anyone seen this, and is there some way to remove it?

Welcome to the Community Forums.
Koobface is an old piece of malware so it is most likely that WSA has intercepted it and tried to remove but may not have got rid of all elemnts. Given that I would recommend that you Open a Support Ticket so that the Support Team can checkmypur system out and if necessary remediate this.
