My phone tells me the definitions are out of date, but when I tap "fix this now" nothing happens.
I got a notificaiton that my phone has missed two updates, but when I tap "fix this now" nothing happens. Does anyone know why?

Have you restarted your device? If Webroot Mobile isn't updating then open Webroot/ at the bottom of screen tap Security/Anti Virus/at the bottom of screen tap Schedule/ tap Force Definitions Update Now. Let me know if that doesnt help and I can offer more advice.
