Hi,
I ask this question because over the recent years I've got rid of a couple of laptops and I don't currently use
a desk pc that I have but I need to add another laptop that my daughter has just bought.  Not sure whether I'm at my
5 pc limit.   How do I check and how do you delete old or defunct pc/laptops?

Tha nks.

Thanks for the links etc.  Unfortunately I haven't got an account although I apparently registered
the licence.  I've been trying to get the account going but when asking for 'forgot password' reset,
I don't receive the e-mail they say they have sent.  Am I in the right place I think I have Secure Anywhare Complete.
Thanks for your help.

Try to check the SPAM folder in email
You can also contact Support by submitting a Trouble Ticket. Webroot Support is free to all licensed WSA users and Support will help you resolve the issues you are having.

Ok, I'll do that.  As it happens my daughter managed to install it ok with the info I had from a previous e-mail
when I purchased a while ago, so it's not desperate as obviously that wouldn't have been possible if I was
up to my limit.   So that part is ok and I'll get on to Support to get my Account sorted.

Thanks for your help
