how can I get a new subscription?
my subscription is expired on a first time download

I am not quite sure as to what exactly you mean by "my subscription is expired on a first time download". What type of subscription do you have? A trail one or have you purchased one which has now expired?
An exactly how do you know that it has expired? Are you receiving a message from WSA to indicate this and if so then would you be kind enough to provide the precise message and exactly where it is appearing?
Also, what does it say next to the "Subscription" literal in the centre of the main app panel? How many days are showing there?
