My subscription shows expired renewed about a week ago

My credit card shows the charge, but no email confermation

Welcome to the Community Forums.
 
May I ask, in connection with this, from whom you purchased (and therefore renewed with I presume) WSA from? Was a Best Buy/Geek Squad purchase or did you buy it either directly from Webroot or a retailer other than Best Buy?
 
The reason for asking is that the renewal process for each is somewhat different.

OK, thanks...well, can we start with some basics and make sure that nothing has gotten waylaid if you are running any anti spam software...if so then please check the relevant spam folder...just in case. ;)
 
Secondly, would you check the numer of days of subscription that you have for WSA; you can do that by looking at the figure to the right of the 'Subscription' literal in the main app panel. Is that showing a total of whatever number of days you had left on your previous subcription when you renewed PLUS the number of days of your renewed subscription?  If so then your subscription has gone through and all is well.
 
As you are renewing you will not get a new keycode and the new subscription period will be added to whatever is left of the old at the time the renewal comes through...so really you do not need an email.  But if that is still concerning you then please Open a Support Ticket and someone on the Support Team will look into this for you.

If I can continue on from ?'s reply:  If you check the subscription as he mentioned, and it shows a number of days remaining that would indicate it actually did renew, yet still shows expired, there are a couple things you can do.
 
  1. Click the gear tool in My Account.  Re-enter your existing key code, click Activate, and reboot the computer.
  2. If number 1 does not help, you might consider a re-install of WSA.. This only takes a few minutes and we can provide directions if you need.
