My subscription was auto renewed fro a computer I no longer own. How do I get the charges reversed?
A non technical wife bought a subscription last year. She apparently didnt uncheck the aitorenew button. Non your service has renewed for another year on a computer that we no longer have. How do I get these charges reveresed?

Please check your credit card statement. If the renewal was charged by Best Buy, then call 1800-GEEK-SQUAD.
