Someone has control of my laptop.. I'm a paid webroot user and need some assistance.. Remote Shell, IE5??, Lanman Server Active, Bad SSL Certificates, Etc... Please help...

    Sorry to respond so late. I am not familiar with any of this. But what makes you think you are being remotely controlled?
     
    Maybe someone here on the Forum can answer this better then I.
     
     
    My best advice is to issue a Support Ticket free of charge and they will gladly get you sorted.
