I am trying to find out if Web Root is actually working of this is some kind of smoke screen for a trojan horse.
I run webroot every day. and every day it says it has removed 105 threats.
Is this real or what?
My web root anywhere always tells me it has removed 105 threats. no matter how many times it scans.

Welcome to the Webroot Community.
Webroot keeps a running total of the threats removed. The "Active Threats" section shows any current threats.
Please see this KB Article for a more detailed explanation and how to reset the "Threats Removed" count.
If you have run Webroot and it's not reporting any Active threats, then I highly doubt you have a trojan.
