my web root will not active with the keycode I was givin
when webroot asks for my key code it will not activate the anti virus, what is wrong ?

Is this when trying to install or when trying to activate a new keycode? Also, what exactly does any message you get say when the keycode is refused?
A bit more informaiton as to the circumstances of the issue will be helpful
