Hi tinman1960

Never ever seen an occurrence of this, and would just ask as to whether you might have provide someone with your keycode, and forgotten about it or in someway inadvertently exposed it so that it could be copied?

Either way, I would ASAP Open a Support Ticket to let the Support Team know. Provide them with your details and hopefully they can check the back office and identify what is happening here.

And if you do please let us know what they come back with. It would be useful to know...for the future.

Hi tinman1960

Well, stranger & stranger...I suppose it could be a back office issue but best to leave it to the Support Team to figure out.
