What do I do to show my new 2 year subscription status?
My computer webroot page reflects I'm expired even though I renewed for 2 years and have installe the new version. How do I fix?

Did you recieve a new key code? Usually renewals are for one year only, and the key code does not change. If you DID receive a new key code, try these steps:
Open WSA
Click the Gear Tool next to My Account
Enter the new key code in the white box provided
Click Activate
REBOOT
After the reboot, open WSA
Re-Check the status.
