To add to what Sherry said, once you have made sure the threats are listed as Active and not Removed, if WSA is not removing them automatically you can do a couple of different things:
1) Reboot the computer in Safe Mode With Networking and scan again. Sometimes malware that cannot be automatically removed in normal mode will be removed in safe mode.
2) If Safe Mode With Networking still is not able to remove the malware, you can also submit a Trouble Ticket and have Webroot Support take a look. This is a free service with your valid WSA license.
