My Webroot says I have 14 days left. How do I continue or purchase a new subscription?

Well, you can either do so directly from within the WSA client (click on the gear/cog symbole to the right of the My Account tab in the main app panel; in the planel that opens as a result...this will take you to the renewal/upgrade page on the Webroot site for the country you are in).

This 'true' renewal will effectively add additional days, for the period of the new subscription, to your existing days left, and you will not have to enter a new keycode...the renewal process will be taken care of in the Webroot back office systems.
 
You could, if yo udesire, shop around for a better deal and undertake what I call a 'psuedo' renewal but that will involve the issuing of a new keycode, and then you will either have to wait until the very last day of your current subscription to expiry before activating the new keycode or contacting Webroot Support to ask them isf they will add the new subscription period of days to your existing keycode, etc.
 
The choice is yours.
