My Webroot is telling me it cannot find my Internet, My internet is fully functional. I need to remove the Malware srtpoint and need to scan my computer to remove it. Can you help me?
My Webroot says it can't find my internet and so won't scan my computer.

Can you tell me what Browser you are using and what operating system you have?
Search.strtpoint.com” is a browser hijacker, which is promoted via other free downloads, and once installed it will change your browser homepage and default search engine to Search.strtpoint.com

You need to reset your browser.
