My webroot secure anywhere stations gives me an orange alert that I am infected and that I have one threat. I want to know how to go ahead and remove that threat.

Welcome to the Community Forums.
From what yo are describing it is most likely that the threat has already been neutralised and the releavnt components of it have been quarantined. Would you please check the Quaratine folder (gear/cog symbol to right of PC Security tab > Quarantine tab) and let us know if you find anything recorded as being in there.
