Need help. I went to Webroot management site for my computers. I can activate 3 computers. We had had 2 new computers this year. I do not know if I deactivated the wrong ones. How do I know if the right computers have been deactivated? Please help.

Hello help2,

Welcome to the Community Forum,

Here is a Knowledge Base Article on  How do I reactivate my PC via the online Console.

https://community.webroot.com/t5/Webroot-SecureAnywhere-Complete/How-to-Reactivate-a-PC/ta-p/28954

Also you may Contact Support free of charge and they can also sort you out with no problem.

You should see in your Account Console which PC is activated and which one isn't.

Please get back to us if you have anymore questions.

Thanks I have already done that before. I wanted to know since I have 4 computers that were activated and a subscription for 2 (meaning I have 4 computers activated), how do I know which ones need to be deactivated and which ones to keep activated?

Hello help2,

Well, do you have the same keycode for all 4 computers? It's entiely your choice to deactivate whichever ones you want,

If you only have 2 seats then keep the 2 computers that you want to have Webroot on.

Sorry if I'm not answering this question right..maybe @ can advise more information here?

Hello and Welcome to the Webroot Community!

When looking at them on the Online Console look at the last time Scanned and that should give you the Idea which one to deactivate http://live.webrootanywhere.com/content/674/Viewing-PC-scan-information

Thanks Sherry for the Ping!
