Original problem: Already had Webroot Secure Anywhere. Paid for one year renewal online. Got two emails regarind what to do to download. Also got message saying I did not need to download if I already had Webroot installed. Keep getting messages that my account is expiring.
Latest problem: Can't contact customer support online. Couldn't find old password at first, so I got a new one. It did not work. (I did enable cookies.) Then I found old password. That doesn't get me through to customer service either. I am definitely not a computer guru. I'm stuck.
If I already HAVE my account extended for a year, all the above is unnecessary. I don't know if it has been extended. I'm very sure my credit card has been debited for the cost!
Need to access support. Got new password, used it, nothing happens.
