need to change my basic email

I'm closing down the domain which houses my current registered email address for Secure Anywhere. I need to be able to change the email associated with my Webroot account. Anybody know how to help? When I try to contact support, the GUI just sits there.

Welcome to the Webroot Community,
 
In order to change your email you will need to Submit a Support Ticket and they can asist you in changing this.
 
Or call during business hours:

Thank you. I already tried to create a ticket and this is the screen I got after entering my email address:


 
After entering password, the password field emptied and the screen was waiting for my password again. After doing it twice, I quit trying.

I am sorry to hear that you are having this issue. Can you try a different browser? Can you try clicking on Forgot my Password? 
 
This is what I get when submitting a Support Ticket after putting in my email. Make sure you have cookies enabled.
 
So if this isn't working for you you can call them Monday and they will gladly help you to get this straightened out.

Hello I had to reject your picture as it had your email address in it so please watch what you post for security reasons!
