THIS IS A SCAM!!  Neither Microsoft nor any other company sends emails, pop ups, or phone calls of any kind advising that you may have a problem.
 
If you clicked anything links, allowed them to remote into your computer, or went to any web sites please submit a Trouble Ticket ASAP.  (Now would be a good idea....) This service is free with an active Webroot subscription.

Microsoft never issues this type of warning or email or anything of a sort!  Please see the following link for Microsofts official word on this:

"Neither Microsoft nor our partners make unsolicited phone calls (also known as cold calls) to charge you for computer security or software fixes.

Once they've gained your trust, they might ask for your user name and password or ask you to go to a website to install software that will let them access your computer to fix it. Once you do this, your computer and your personal information is vulnerable."

You can submit a Support Ticket and support will e-mail you back with instructions to contact them.Please look in your junk mail or watch you incoming email that saids Webroot Support. It might take a few days. Just tell them in your support ticket about these popups in Netscape..

I am sure that Sherry is right and it is a scam and if you dial that number they will try and get money out of you and also have access to your computer.

You want to turn on popups not allowed.

Well stambulich if this happened to me I will tell you what I would do.
Close the browser, run CCleaner IF you have it and if not go to this page and download the free one (the one which des not have a Buy Now tab in it) CCleaner 
Install it and then run the program, and allow it to delete the temporary files etc.
After completion open the Browser again and see if it the problem persists.
If it continues procede with Sherry's suggestion and contact support.
