I have an issue downloading a flash player for adobe. I called tech support he connected and explained that web root was not protecting my laptop network but is shows that in console that everthing is on and protected what gives here?

If you are using the Home version of WSA rather than the Business Endpoint Security version, then that is correct. WSA just protects the clinet iti is installed on as far as I understand it.@ could you please bring your encyclopedic knowledge to bear here?
