Ok, new keycode instead of renewing.  Problem is that my daughter's and sister-in-law's computers are showing in my console, but not my laptop or desktop.  Have activated at least 3 times, but only these two are showing.  Tell me what I'm doing wrong, please.

Sorry Pat,

Sometimes you will need to do a couple of Webroot scans for your new keycode to register in the Account Console from the Cloud.

EDITED: You can also do a uninstall/reinstall of Webroot and that should work.

Please follow the steps closely!

 • Make sure you have a copy of your 20 Character Alphanumeric Keycode! Example: SA69-AAAA-A783-DE78-XXXX
 • Be sure you add your Keycode to your Online Console: Webroot SecureAnywhere Online Console
 • KEEP the computer online for Uninstall and Reinstall to make sure it works correctly
 • Download a Copy Here (Best Buy Geek Squad Subscription PC users click HERE) Let us know if it is the Mac version you need.
 • Uninstall WSA and Reboot
 • Install with the new installer, enter your Keycode and do NOT import any settings if offered by the installer as you can set it up as you like once it's done
 • Let it finish it's install scan
 • Reboot once again

Hello PatG,

May I ask if you followed these instructions below?

If you have a new keycode, you can activate it as follows:
 1. Open SecureAnywhere.
 2. Click the gear icon next to My Account. Your account panel displays.
 3. Under Activate a new keycode, enter the keycode you want to add and click Activate.
If you would like to also add your keycode to your online management account, click here for instructions.

You also will need to Submit a Support Ticket tio have your Passwords tranferred to your new keycode. And Backup & Sync.

Hope this helps?
