No search safety results in chrome
I uninstalled/reinstalled webroot security plus on Windows 10 to try to fix the security center antivirus off problem, now I get no search safety results in any browser (I mainly use Chrome). I checked to make sure web shield is on and the display search results results box is checked. I am a new user. Any advice? Thank you!

Welcome to the Community Forums.
Would you please make sure that the extensions are installed under Chrome by going into the Extension Manager and checking that.
If they are then please check whether or not enabled; if not then enable and see if you have the search result classificiations back.
If the extensions are not installed then we have a manual work around that can ge them installed in Chrome...just let me know if you would like to try that.

The extension wasn't listed, but I did another uninstall/reinstall and it showed up and appears to be working now. Thank you!
